Terms of Use
Effective date: September 28, 2026 · Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of rsnlcreative.com (the "Site"), run by RSNL Creative, LLC ("RSNL," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is, and what it is not
The Site describes RSNL's services and shows examples of our work. It is for information only.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, a quote or a guarantee of results. Any work RSNL does for you is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, such as a statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about RSNL and contacting us. You agree not to:
• Copy, scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the Site, by automated means or otherwise
• Use any content from the Site to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Reproduce, republish or distribute our content, or our clients' work shown on the Site, without written permission
• Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it you are not authorized to reach
• Submit false information, spam or anything unlawful, harmful or infringing through the Site's forms
• Use the Site in any way that violates the law
We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.
3. Our content and our clients' work
RSNL content. The Site's text, design, graphics, photography, video, code and layout are owned by RSNL or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The RSNL name and logo are our trademarks.
Client work. The Site shows work RSNL created for clients. Our client agreements let us show completed project work in our portfolio, on this Site and on our social media accounts. Our clients' names, logos, trademarks, product names and packaging belong to those clients. Showing their work here does not give you any right to use it, and does not mean any client endorses anything other than the work shown.
Our tools and methods. Our templates, frameworks, processes, reusable code and design elements remain RSNL's property, including where they appear inside work shown on the Site.
You may share links to pages on the Site. Any other use of Site content needs our written permission. Email solutions@rsnlcreative.com.
4. Information you send us
When you contact us through the Site, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Unsolicited ideas. Please do not send us confidential ideas, designs or business plans through the Site's forms. Anything sent through the Site before a written agreement is in place is not treated as confidential, and RSNL has no obligation regarding it. This protects both of us: we work on many projects, and we may already be developing something similar independently. When we start working together, we are glad to sign a mutual nondisclosure agreement first.
5. Not legal or compliance advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice, including anything we say about packaging, labeling, advertising, accessibility or privacy requirements. Talk to your own attorney about what applies to your brand.
6. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, including social media platforms and our clients' sites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, RSNL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses, or that its information is complete or current. Results described in case studies reflect specific projects and are not a promise of results for yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RSNL and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some states do not allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to any separate written agreement for services, which has its own terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RSNL and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This matches the agreements we sign with our clients.
If a dispute comes up about the Site or these Terms:
1. Talk to us first. Email solutions@rsnlcreative.com and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
2. Mediation. If that does not work, we will try informal mediation.
3. Arbitration. If mediation does not resolve it, the dispute goes to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator in Orange County, California. Where possible, mediation and arbitration happen by video or phone so no one has to travel. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent the law allows.
If you are an RSNL client, the dispute terms in your signed agreement apply to anything about your project.
11. Accessibility
We want the Site to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble accessing any part of it, email solutions@rsnlcreative.com or call 949-229-5222 and we will help and work to fix it.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RSNL about the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor.
