Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 28, 2026 · Last updated: September 28, 2026
RSNL Creative, LLC ("RSNL," "we," "us") runs the website at rsnlcreative.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
If you have a question about this policy, email solutions@rsnlcreative.com or call 949-229-5222.
Clients: if you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs how we handle your project materials and confidential information. This policy covers personal information collected through the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect what you enter:
• Your name, email address, phone number and company name
• The services you are interested in (branding, packaging, website, brand support)
• Anything you write in the message field
Please do not send us sensitive information through the Site, such as government ID numbers, financial account details or health information. We do not ask for it and do not need it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect some information about your device and how you use the Site, including:
• IP address and approximate location derived from it (city or region, not precise location)
• Browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages you view, links you click, how you arrived at the Site and how long you stay
• Whether you have visited before
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 4.
Information from other sources
We may receive business contact information about you from public sources such as your company's website or your public professional profile, or from someone who referred you to us.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
• Respond to your inquiry and talk with you about a potential project
• Provide services to clients and manage our client relationships
• Send you information you asked for, and, where permitted, occasional updates about our work. You can opt out of these at any time (see section 6)
• Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
• Keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share personal information only with:
• Service providers who help us run the Site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing services to us. These include Webflow, which hosts the Site and processes form submissions; HubSpot, which we use to manage contacts and inquiries and to understand Site traffic; Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows us how the Site is used; and Google Workspace, which hosts our email
• Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, when needed
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of RSNL, our clients or others
• A buyer or successor if RSNL is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will require them to honor this policy
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The Site uses:
• Strictly necessary: makes the Site and its forms work and keeps them secure (Webflow)
• Analytics: counts visits and shows us which pages are used, so we can improve the Site (HubSpot and Google Analytics)
• Contact tracking: connects a form submission to earlier visits, so we understand what you were interested in (HubSpot)
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before we start and give you a way to opt out.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, though some features may not. Learn more at allaboutcookies.org.
Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for the browser that sends it.
Do Not Track. Browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no agreed industry standard, so the Site does not respond to it. We honor GPC signals as described above.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
• Inquiries that do not become projects: up to 3 years after our last contact with you
• Client records: for the length of the engagement plus up to 7 years, for legal, tax and accounting purposes
• Analytics data: as set by our analytics providers, generally up to 26 months
We then delete or de-identify it.
6. Emails and phone calls
If you contact us, we may reply by email or phone. If we send you marketing emails, every one will include an unsubscribe link, and we will honor your request within 10 business days. We will still send messages about any active project or business relationship.
We do not send marketing text messages. If we ever ask to text you, we will get your consent first.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), gives you rights over your personal information. We honor these requests from California residents.

10. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites and services, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Maps and our clients' websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
12. Visitors outside the United States
RSNL is based in the United States, and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site before they take effect.
